Our Process
Submit a Project Layout
To begin, clients will submit a rough sketch with the dimensions of their project. This will help our team determine material size requirements and costs. Here’s a step-by-step guide for sketching layouts and kicking off stone projects. You can reach us here or call 617-269-9000 with questions.Schedule a Stone Yard Tour
Meet with our Boston showroom team to discuss your project, tour the Adamo stone yard of stone slabs and remnants; and select materials from our team to quote.Receive a Quote
With a client’s layout submitted and stone selection confirmed, the Adamo team can generate a quote. A permanent hold will be placed on the client’s slab and a template date will be added to our production queue once a 50% deposit is received.4. Template
Before your stone surface can be cut and installed, clients must first go through the process of templating. Templating confirms the exact measurements of your new surface. This job site visit provides an accurate idea of the exact shape and measurements the surface requires.
Please note, there are a few things clients will need to do before Adamo can schedule a template. All cabinets must be installed, all appliances must be in place, and the new sink template must be on-site. Without these factors in place, we will not be able to make an accurate template.
Our production team and client can then coordinate a time for a skilled technician to visit the job site and take final measurements.Fabricate and Edge
After the templating process, our client’s slab will be cut to the specific shape and measurements of the new stone surface. Each project is fabricated and edged on-site in Boston. To view edge options, scroll below or visit our showroom.Deliver and Install
Once the stone surface has been cut and edged, our production team will contact the client to coordinate a day and time to deliver and install. You can reach us here or call 617-269-9000 with questions.
